Candid Outdoor Portrait photography capturing an intimate moment between Mother and Son. Taken during a walk through the daffodil meadow at Bodnant Gardens, Conwy, UK, this was an image which is the epitome of the term , right place , right time. I captured the little boy as he just landed for a hug with his Mum as I turned luckily to look across the sea of yellow in their direction and noticed him running towards her and hoped this was the act of love that was about to occur. I was sitting between the blooms so in a perfect spot for a low shallow depth perspective on the action. The image has added poignancy as it was taken in Spring with all of its symbolism of Life , Love and Hope , as well as it happening to be taken on Mothers day in the UK.
