This is a photo of the beaver lodge in the primary beaver pond that I keep talking about. It is such a beautiful place, my little peace of heaven. Ironically, behind the trees in the background is a busy street and you hear the drone of cars!! This pond was made as part of the FISHERIES SALMON HABITAT WATERWAY that weaves through a narrow corridor of greenbelt about 2 blocks wide and runs along the side of the river.
