The Fontaines de la Concorde are two fountains located in the Place de la Concorde in Paris. It was the site of many public executions of royalty during the French Revolution. King Louis-Philippe renamed the Place de Revolution to Place de la Concorde after the 1830 July Revolution. This is a reference to peace and harmony.
