I went on a photography trip up in North Carolina and went scouring around the town to find good stuff to shoot. There was this old run down store that I decided I would adventure into and I found this little butterfly that was I assumed trapped in the building or maybe he was hurt because he wasn't flying or making any movements... so I attempted to pick him up and he let me. He let me pet him and take serveral photos. He even let me carry him around for the rest of my shoot in the area I was in. He was so good that my friend also wanted to bring him to our next stop which he road with us all the way there and they finally decided he would fly away. I had never see a butterfly so calm and relaxed in my life. This one was special.
