This is such a stunning image. The details are rendered superbly. In particular the tattoo is sharp enough to be clear without upstaging the baby. The only thing I like less is how overly smooth the mother's skin and the babies right knee are. IMO it makes them look less like a real person, and more plastic. Smoothing out a few wrinkles usually makes a woman look nicer, but you don't want to smooth the image so much that they lose the texture of their humanity.
