Thank you! No, I don't know much about the car itself. I frequent car shows and the guy has it at many of the car shows here local. The gentlemen that owns the car is located here in Ocala.

Location
This photo was taken at the Ocala, Florida Airport, during a Car and Airplane show.Time
This was a beautiful afternoon January 17th, 2015 at 2:38 in the afternoon. They skies were clear and the day was breezy and comfortable.Lighting
This vehicle is clearly an eye catcher. I wanted to capture and embellish the beauty of this car. Wanting the image to stand out and still have the shine and glow in the image, as the car had in it's physical state. The day was sunny, but in the case the sun was cooperating. Behind the clouds it was hiding, so there was no glare or washout in the image. I took my time waiting for the sun to tuck behind the clouds, before I snapped the shot.Equipment
The Canon rebel XTI was used with a 17-50 mm.Inspiration
Walking the grounds at the car show, this particular vehicle caught my eye. The way it was sitting, and the skies, and sun was shinning bright, so to have a clear crisp image, yet the sun was tucked behind the clouds so that the image was not blown out or washed out, I could envision exactly how I wanted the image to appear within the snap of the shot, from the camera to the monitor.Editing
The image was captured in Raw, brought into lightroom, here I am the adjustments to bring out the colors in the skies, added some luminance. I used lightroom to bring out the detail and shine on the vehicle. At this point, the image was brought into photoshop, after the adjustments in lightroom. Here, I did remove another car, that was visible and red. This was a distraction for my image, and was not what I had envisioned for the final product. In my camera bag
Between my husband and I we carry 4 camera almost always, at all times. canon 5D Mark III, canon 70D, canon 7D and the Rebel XTI. Lens vary, my favorite lens and always in hand is the canon 70 200 f 2.8 l is ii usm. Also carried at all given times is the canon 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6l is, the canon prime 50mm and the canon prime 85mm. Another favorite lens is my sigma 17-28. The tripod is always near, if we are not carrying it, it is close by in the car. These equipment are always with us, no matter where we travel. Never know what you might find, so our camera gear is at hand and ready to go.Feedback
Taking photos of cars, is all about the angle and position. This image is taken low, so to give the vehicle and neat effect, when looking at the image. On bright sunny days like this, I meter to skies. In processing your images in lightroom, it is easy to bump up the shadows, in a slightly darker image and the the skies, deeper in color. If metered off the car, the background and skies may be blown out, and too bright. Remember when looking through your lens, envision how you want your photo appear. Then create it!
