ALL ABOARD! I just went for an early morning shot of the passenger train excursion leaving from my hometown today 7-5-14. Wanted to catch the sunrise on the train. This is before the sun hit the side of the train but nice off the mountain side. Excursion going from Mountain Top, PA to Jim Thorpe, PA. Out at the Penobscot crossing. This is one of many excursions that Reading and Northern line run.

You can make out the hikers on the trail. The day I was heading to the top it was 44 degrees with 40 mph wind for a 26 degree temp.
