A calm and undisturbed gem located a few km from the adventure capital of the world, Queenstown. Easy to get to, make your way to the Glenorchy-Queenstown Rd, then watch out for the turn sign towards Moke Lake Road and follow the gravel road for about 7 km to the lake. Road's a bit narrow and winter can be tricky. Here's the coordinates where I shot this 45°00'32.0"S 168°34'18.5"E

Chanced it partially frozen during my last visit. First time to see this like at this condition. Amazing yeah?

Oh by the way, make sure to pack on waders if you plan to traverse the hays to get this spot.
