Relaxing Landscape Photography. Taken from the highest viewing point , beside the abandoned lighthouse , looking out across the place where three bodies of water meet , the Atlantic Ocean, the Menai Strait and the Irish Sea , and the furthest most tip of the Snowdonia Mountain range in the background, it is not surprising that Llanddwyn Island is considered not just to be one of the most beautiful places in Britain , but in the World as a whole. Equally unsurprising is that it was the place chosen by the Welsh saint of love , Saint Dwyran chose to live in solitude in service of God after legend has it that the princess refused to a marry a man she did not love and forsake her love of another. Looking at this view most of us would be happy to spend the rest of time here too.
