Here's one from my City Motion Collection 1; a set of about a hundred photos captured in Cambridge - the primary subject for which was blurry movement on a background of various city scenes.

Punting on River Cam is very popular with Cambridge tourists. Some boats can be seen in a blur in this photo. The location was somewhere near the backs of the main Cambridge University Colleges.
