Indeed Cookie, I want to expand my story, which will happen very soon. The main story is the main, his 'extra" behaviour is another one... the sigaret waiting for the first "legal" moment. a.s.o. 'm not going to tell the total story. It's good for the viewers fantatsy.

Yes, he certainly needed someone to talk too. Because the conversation was partly in Dutch and partly in French, I have to say that most of the talking was done with Kristina, she speaks fluently Dutch, French, English and many other languages.

Exceptional composition

Thank you so much Rick. What a very nice comment. I got today the suggestion to make a B/W version of this capture. Something I might do. Probably it will become a better photo that way.

Two things fascinate me here...his concentration on what he's writing and the rings on his fingers. Also, do you think he may smoke cigarettes frequently? His fingers appear to be slightly yellow! Such detail in this scene Pierre, and you've captured it perfectly. A fine work indeed!

I actually see this photo differently, To me this man is not seeking "contact." One of my favorite captures that I have seen in your amazing gallery. I wish you had entered it into my challenge, "Mystery Man." Might have been the winner. Keep watching...I like to do similar challenges and this photo certainly "captures" my attention.
