The never ending quest for landscape glory starts and ends with a favorable weather forecast. It doesn't always have to be bright reds, oranges, and yellows blasting through the horizon, rather the right setting of mood which compliments the artist’s vision, whether it be the light, overcast skies, monochrome, or dark moody images.

This is so true in Iceland where the weather can, and does change in an instant. Early this evening it was raining; in the morning it was partly sunny. A little later, it started raining again, and then we got pelted with hail. It's all part of the adventure here in Iceland.
