The last time I was here, we were in the middle of a blizzard and it was freezing cold. During this adventure, it was monsoon season and there was thunder and lightning the entire time we were shooting. I have always wanted to shoot this tree, but the conditions were never right. This day however, all the elements came together. The tree branches were thick with green leaves, the setting sun illuminated the brain rocks, and the sky was colorful. I did my best to capture this gift.
