26th January 2014......each year I make this lamington "finger" Australia Day cake......No cutting slices, we just take a finger of lamington and enjoy.....unfortunately this tray doesn't allow for Tasmania to be in it's correct spot, so I take a bit of poetic licence and put it in the Great Australian Bight.....HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY to all Aussies on VB
