Almost 30 years ago my uncle nearly died in the search for a ”secret“ perspective on Neuschwanstein Castle, so I didn’t mind its unattractive scaffolding and was more than happy to have found this special location after endless hours of research, a failed attempt in 2018 and a quite dangerous ascent.
It turned out that I was wrong and still hadn’t made it to the right spot yet ...
