Out in Akaroa, the French quarter of New Zealand's South Island we were walking along the beach line and discovered an opening into the woods, we explored, beautiful birdsong, mysterious and seldom trodden paths, after an hour or so, we crested a hilltop overlooking Akaroa harbour, which was stunning, however as we left the location we saw this ancient and knarled tree, foreboding and mighty, sunshine and happiness on the left, dark brooding forest on the right gave a great juxtaposition between light and dark, good and evil, enjoy
