At christmas, I took an HDR shot of an orchid at my parents' house. I didn't like the background much, so I composited it onto a circular gradient. I wanted to use a different shade of blue, but after hours of trying to get the colors to blend right around certain parts of the flower, I gave up, and selected something more gray...
