Captured this patriotic runner while on assignment to photograph the Annual JTB Maui Marathon. Shot near Mile Marker 9 on Honoapiilani Hwy (aka the "Pali"). The marathon begins in Kahului (near the Kahului Airport) and ends in Kaanapali.

Background info on the Maui Marathon:
- It is the longest consecutively held running event in the state of Hawaii.
- The Maui Marathon is the oldest marathon west of the Mississippi River.
