During important events or special occasions, a traditional Hawaiian blessing and-or hula dance is performed at the start of the event. This hula performance is Hawaiian native dance (Kahiko) where every movement, expression and gesture in the hula dance tells a story. I took this photo during one of my photo assignments covering an agricultural event on Maui, Hawaii.
