Took this photo at the Hiawassee Wildlife Refuge by Birchwood, TN. These are Sandhill Cranes on their annual migration path. I saw these beautiful birds hundreds of times growing up in Nebraska. It's pretty ironic that I never witnessed the actual migration in Nebraska, had to move to Georgia, then drive to Tennessee for that, LOL.
