This is my friend Fabian Redwing, a member of the Miccosukee Tribe of Florida. He has a deep love for the Everglades and all its inhabitants, especially the alligators. He gudes excellent airboat tours and loves to show off their might and their deep gator-intelligence. He brings them love every time he visits with them :)
This is one of my first serious gator photos, taken 3 1/2 years ago. I unfortunately lost the RAW image, I could definitely apply better editing techniques, but the capture still remains as one of my best and favorites. This moment describes so clearly the love he has for his part of the world.
