These are the Gloucester Cathedral Cloisters, England.

I Combined the exposures of 2 x 5 photos using Photomatix Essentials as the brightness range was way too extreme for one photo from my camera.
Stitched the two resultant photos together using Microsoft Image Composite Editor as my camera doesn't have nearly a wide enough lens to take it all in in one photo.
Used Nik Color Efex Pro 4's Tonal Contrast and Detail Extractor to give it some punch!
Used photoshop Elements 9's Transform controls and Liquify tool to pull and push the sides of the photo to get the verticals vertical.
Then the usual Levels, Contrast and Brightness, Dodge and Burn, Saturation adjustments, Clone tool, Spot Removal tool, Colour Replacement tool, Sharpened.
