We drive down the road through Auger Canyon often to see if the elk herds are grazing but on this one day there was a dog sitting on the side of the road. He was just sitting there waiting patiently for what we figured was his master to return home. When we drove down the road he was sitting there, then when we came back up it there he was. He had not moved nor did he while we stopped and I took a few shots of him. He never moved, barked or anything and he was sitting there as you see him when we drove off.
