Despite the children playing in the distance this photograph is filled with the feeling of Stillness , Solitude and Calm Wellbeing that only a empty beach near Sunset can produce . Mindfulness emits from memories a scene like this one produces of the gentle sound of the waves , the warmth of the sand and last days of sun, and the fresh , salt crisp breath from the air. This view is of Borth Sands just beyond the Nature Centre in Ceredigion , Wales .
