Honey bee with its wings flapping furiously as it comes into landing on a purple lavender flower in a Manawatu Autumn garden, New Zealand. Honey Bees are in danger of extinction and we must do all we can to protect these pollinators. What many of our human species fail to understand is that without pollinators our crops will not be fertilised and we will run out of food. We must work to preserve nature in all its varied and wonderful forms, flora and fauna and to educate for future generations.
