This view, along one of the many dry-stone walls to be found in the north of England, was captured in the Lake District National Park. From the top of Loughrigg Fell, outside of Ambleside, the walls criss-cross the land down to the banks of Lake Windermere (shown here on the upper right of the frame). As frequent visitors to Ambleside, we enjoy the strenuous climb to the top of Loughrigg to be rewarded with spectacular views of the lake below.
