These are Baya's nests.

The hard-working Baya, weaverbirds (m) were busy collecting nest building materials for completing their beautiful abode. These nests are woven with long strips of paddy leaves, rough grasses, and long strips torn from palm fronds. After weaving the stems, they would go to get some more material.
In the meantime, when they were away, we saw some intruders in their nests.

The intruders, a pair of Indian Silverbill closely inspecting all the Baya's nests. Enjoying the entry and exit routes several times.
It's the funniest moment observed in nature. :D :D
The guide told me that was an unusual scene he observed too.
