Behind The Lens

Location

Took this shot in Noblesville, In across from my work. There is a marsh land with Heron and ducks in it. Took this image of a white heron standing in water great reflection.

Time

The time was 8:00am on a very beautiful day.

Lighting

The light source was a partly cloudy morning in summer.

Equipment

I used a Nikon D3100 200mm telescope auto focus lens, and a UV filter lens. No other equipment was used.

Inspiration

Saw the reflect on and Heron on the marsh. Took the image of such beauty.

Editing

Wanted to bring to bring the background out more. Changed some exposure to lighten the green. Also some shade, whites, and clarity to make it better.

In my camera bag

At the time I had 200mm telescope lens. A 55mm lens , and UV filter lens that goes on a Nikon D3100.

Feedback

Be ready with your camera. Because the heron flew off the second I took the shot. Make sure you see the shot in your head. Then take the shot your imagination thought of.
