This photo was shot in Chicago in a park near Navy Pier. That's the Navy Pier Ferris Wheel in the background.Time
This show was taken in mid-afternoon.Lighting

Camera: Nikon D750 Lens: Nikor 28-300mm Settings: Aperture f/5.6, ISO 100, Shutter 1/250, Focal Length 210mmInspiration
This was a retro-inspired shoot in terms of clothing. I noticed the Ferris wheel and thought it would make for a fun background and framing for the shot.Editing
Only very minor color correction and blemish removal. In my camera bag
I primarily shoot with a Nikon D750. My go-to lenses are 85mm F1.8 and 16-28mm F2.8. I also carry 2 Godox/Flashpoint ad200s with grids and gels, and 26" softboxes.Feedback
This is a fairly simple shot in a park. The main difference is looking for a fun way to frame the subject using what is in the environment at the time. The posing was also about having fun and enjoying the summer.
