Behind The Lens

Location

Granite Basin Lake at the foot of Granite Mtn in Prescott AZ - the Granite Mtn Hot Shots, that the recent move was about, were named for.

Time

This was mid morning around 10:30 am.

Lighting

The mountain was making its own lights and shadows that day making for an interesting photo.

Equipment

In this case was using my Iphone 7 to setup the shot, and this photo was it. Unfortunately, they lost interest and this became the final since after converting to black and white I fell in love with it.

Inspiration

These are two of my grandchildren and our 15 year old dog.

Editing

Converted to Black and White

In my camera bag

I carry various filters, two lens, extra memory cards and batteries.

Feedback

Always be prepared and open to whatever shot comes up. I always look up and around to find interesting skies, landscapes and in this case their fascination with the water grasses.
