Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in a small forest that was part of my backyard.

Time

late afternoon

Lighting

Natural light with no flash

Equipment

I used ma Canon Mark III and a 24-70L lens

Inspiration

My daughter had a fairy party and we wanted a beautiful photo for the invitation

Editing

Yes there's tons of post processing here. I quite often do so much I don't remember it all. I obviously added fairy dust, snow, rain, different tones, sharpening, eye lightening on and on..

In my camera bag

Canon Mark III, 24-70L lens, Canon 7D 10-22 lens, 85 1.4 and a 50 1.4, Speedlite 600,

Feedback

I have ideas in my head and I try to recreate them, sometimes I end up with something completely different than I expected. I guess if you wanted to do a Fairy photo you might want to look for great locations and clothes, then make sure you find that beautiful light!!!
