This photo is absolutely gorgeous! You have fabulous composition; the reflections, the bricks, your shoes, everything is perfectly placed! I love how your shoes pop against the blue-greys of the stones and reflections. The shape of the tree stands out against the blocky buildings, but the puddle-less spot above this also adds change in shape. The stones that pop out above the water add definition to what the viewer is looking at: not just a sidewalk and not just a reflection - they sort of merge the two together (if you understand what I'm saying!)! You really chose the right spot to stand and understand exactly what you are doing!

I second every single thing ema artsy says this shows real skill in a natural shot, with lots of artistry as well. And yes, the shoe laces out do make it. love this

Funny story i took this at the lobby of my apartment i was waiting for my girlfriend to finish up some work so i went down and decided to take a few reflection shots as it had just rained but i ended up capturing more than reflections as this session was somewhat of my alone time to think and ponder on a few things.Time
I believe this was taken somewhere around 5PM it had just finished raining and there were puddles everywhere so i decided to reflect on myself for a while.Lighting
Lighting wise is all natural using the available light to create this moody vibe.Equipment
I shot this using my Canon 70D at the time with my favorite all time wide angle lens the Tokina 11-16mm F2.8. I shoot all my wide angle perspectives using a Tokina if im using a Canon body.Inspiration
I just wanted to pass the time and ponder on a few things i went downstairs to the lobby area of my apartment and explored right outside the entrance having that alone time and just shooting for the fun of it.Editing
Yes i did as that is the fun part to process and create the mood you want to give off the story you want to tell. Ive bumped up the contrast given it some clarity reduced the highlights and increased the shadows from then on its just experimenting and trying new things until i achieved the mood i want.In my camera bag
I am greedy when it comes to the wideness of a lens and an 18mm on an APS-C body is not wide enough for me so i always carry my Tokina 11-16mm F2.8 one of my fave wide angles when it comes to using a Canon along side that i have my 24mm f2.8 pancake lens which i use for my portraits and my body the Canon 70D at the time.Feedback
Do not be afraid to try new things experiment and look at things in a different way and enjoy your time as you shoot. Your mood at the time your photo is being taken also impacts the image in a way. Look for puddles after a heavy rain and just experiment with the angles usually places with a lot of buildings also build up the aesthetic. Do not forget the funky shoelaces ahahaha.
