Location
Picture was taken on a road trip in California, exactly in Death Valley National Park. This particular spot is named Dante's View.Time
This is probably one of my favorite images. As a photographer hobbyist I'm always learning and experimenting. My friends and I arrived to Dante's View to see the sunset over Death Valley and while walking to the spot I just have my camera with me. No other accessories. The picture was taken on December 31, 2013 at 20:19.Lighting
I think photographing sunset is quite difficult. As I mention earlier I'm still learning and experimenting. I try few other settings while trying capture the sun and while I was in the right place and the right time the settings was on ISO-100, F-stop: f-10, and Exposure time: 1/320 at the time.Equipment
I used Canon 60D with 18-200mm lens. No other equipment was involved.Inspiration
I just was in the right place in the right moment :)Editing
I believe there was no much processing involved beside putting in a watermark. In my camera bag
I usually carry my Canon 60D and now 70D, few lenses: 18-200mm, 70-300mm, 50mm, fisheye, spare battery, flash.Feedback
Environment change constantly so feel the moment, experiment, try, fail, try again and succeed :)
