In February 2017 I was able to attend the Winter Photo Safari at the City of Rocks National Reserve in Idaho. The Superintendent there is great and tried to make sure that the unusual weather didn't cause the group to miss photo opportunities.

I found a heart in the center of this bloom while I was searching for the light.
