Behind The Lens

Location

This Photo Was One Of My First Bald Eagle Photos, Taken On The Back Roads Of Grantsburg Wisconsin. I Was Hoping To See Something On This Day When This Beauty Flew To The Top Of A Tree So Close To Me! And Stayed For A Long Time To Allow Me To Take Some Beautiful Photos!

We Had Been Driving Around Enjoying The Warm Fall Day , Probably About 2;30 In The Afternoon

Lighting

It Was A Beautiful Sunny Day, And I Did Not Know How Long This Beauty Would Stick Around So I Just Stuck My Head Out Of The Passenger Side Window And Started To Photograph!

Equipment

Just My Nikon Camera, Hand Held Out The Window Of Our Stopped Vehicle.

Inspiration

The Beauty Of This Majestic Bald Eagle Has Been A Thrill For Me Every Time I See One. Now We Stop And Photograph Them Every Chance We Get!

The Sky Was Really That Blue That Day So Not Much Needed At All For This Beautiful Bird!
