Behind The Lens

Location

While visiting a cemetery in rural Minnesota , my husband spotted this albino squirrel,I just happened to have my camera and started shooting.

Time

This was a Sunday afternoon summer 2016, we go to this cemetery every 2-3 weeks to water flowers, and to our surprise this albino squirrel was just sitting in the graveyard !!!!!! We have been back about 4 times this summer sometimes we see him sometimes not.Last time in August 2016 we actually saw 2 albino squirrels. Always take my camera with to the cemetery now

Lighting

Lighting for this picture was just the beautiful warm summer day

Equipment

I used my Nikon Coolpix L840 to take this picture

Inspiration

With the bugs biting me on this warm summer day I just wanted to get proof of this squirrel, before it ran off or up a tree

Editing

I did not do any post processing

In my camera bag

I received this Nikon Coolpix L840 for Christmas 2015 so I try to always have it with on our rides, because honestly you never know what you are going to capture somewhere! That is the best picture , something totally unexpected !!!!!

Feedback

My advice is to always take the back roads to destinations , you just never know what you will capture! It has been a great summer ! Love taking pictures !
