I had a senior client that worked at a pumpkin patch and she wanted to be photographed there. On a Sunday. Not only was it packed with families but we were having 30mph wind gusts. My strobe went down and cracked and became unusable. I could tell my client was stressed. I took off my vest and told her to put it on. I told her to take a deep breath out and took this shot. She totally relaxed the rest of the session and she was totally up for the rest of the shoot. We had a great time! And I always love having an item ready whether it be jewelry, a belt or clothing items that I think can add to the session. And thank goodness I had my reflector on hand and we just went with a natural light look to the session.
