This image is photographed in my home. I had just started shooting and thought it was so fun to shoot everything. So I built up a small table with the details. I used my fine coffee grinder that I received after my grandmother. I love old things. I wanted to convey the beautiful, quiet morning feeling when I sit quietly in my thoughts. And preparing myself for a new day. I think everyone has a special morning routine.Time
It is winter and the image is photographed in the morning.Lighting
Since I do not own any equipment for light. So I used a regular small window light. And it went well. Because I wanted to have the little dark morning feeling.Equipment
Since I was a beginner in photography I did not have much equipment. But I used a tripod and a remote release, which I received for Christmas. And a macro lens that I had recently bought. My camera was old. A Canon 550D.Inspiration
I like to photograph images that convey a feeling. And since the early morning means a lot to me. And gives me a nice feeling, I got the idea to convey that feeling in my picture.Editing
I shoot in RAW. So I develop my photos either in Camera RAW or Llightroom. Image editing is fantastic fun. And I also use Photoshop if I want to do something special with the image. In Photoshop, I have more opportunities. In my camera bag
In my camera bag you will find a Canon 6D, Canon 50mm lens, the Tamron 90mm lens and my Tamron 70-200 lens. And of course, extra batteries and memory cards. And some other stuff.Feedback
To photograph this kind of image is not difficult. Everyone can do it. Are you a beginner who I am and do not have a good source of light that is fine with standard bulbs. One must try things out, take some pictures and change their settings until it becomes good. One should think about the composition, it is important. The background should be clean and not disturb the subject. Get out the harmonic sense by changing the direction of the light. To try things out is to learn. It's the only way. For this photo I used a tribon and a remote release. My setting was ISO100 f2,8 time 0,4 sek.
