Behind The Lens

Location

Among the weeds in the backyard.

Time

Between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Lighting

The day was sunny and low winds...

Equipment

I was trying a new lens for the first time. A 35mm 1.8f on my Nikon D5200.

Inspiration

I was looking for something to photograph when i noticed the fly on a leaf nest to me.

Editing

Yes, I wanted to see how fine a detail the 24 megapixel could capture when I cropped the image.

In my camera bag

Extension tubes, lens mounted flash for macro works. But I didn't use them for this shot.
