Location
Up the top of Mount Cargill here in Dunedin NZ on a crazy windy dayTime
Just before lunchtimeLighting
All natural light. It was a nice overcast day so the light was great for portraitsEquipment
Canon 700d + Tamron 10-24 @16mm on a tripod and triggered with a remoteInspiration
the inspiration was an old wedding dress found at a opp shopEditing
This is a composite of 8 different shots all taken on location on the same day (blank background, dress swishes, veil throws, model pose) and put together in photoshop. In my camera bag
2x Canon 700d bodies, Tamron 10-24, Tamron 90mm Macro, Canon 40mm pancake, Canon 50mm, Cpl + ND filters, intervalometer, tripodFeedback
Shoot a blank frame of your setting, use a remote to keep your hands free for throwing dresses or hair, even if you end up in the shot you can erase yourself out because you have that blank frame. Shoot more than you need to give yourself more options when it comes to post. Look after your model. Have fun.
