This photo was taken in Paris where I have spent almost two years of my life. It's part of musée du Louvre. Schoping centre called Carrousel du Louvre.Time
Was late evening when almost no one was there.Lighting
Cause was pretty late and light was limited I was using tripod to get nicely sharped photo.Equipment
I did use my old fellow means NIKON D90 and Sigma 17-70. Tripod was in action as well.Inspiration
I was there several time due to the fact I was living in Paris. I was thinking how to do the shot, when and why. Finally I decided to stay there longer, pretty close to closure ot the centre. The beauty of the glass and the construction was the most influencing me to do this shot. I could not resist simply.Editing
In that particular shot I decided to use B&W because of the limited light and construction. In addition to this I eliminated some of the light to concentrate look on the glass construction. In my camera bag
Well, I use my second fellow during my travels means case logic backpack. Nothing special inside. I am not professional. So, I use one set: NIKON D90 + Sigma 17-70. That's enough. Of course not forgetting about the snacks.Feedback
Wherever you go take the camera with you. They are saying that we have golden hours to make the pictures. Maybe, but I do not stick to this so often. Simply, try to make as many shots as possible in every time of the day. Leaving in the same place by some time it is very easy to know when or what happen with the scene you see every day. What crop, position your are going to use. You can easily check it each day and use is for the best shot. That will make your life easier. Do not give up, never. If not this time maybe next, you are leaving there don't you. Do not lose the opportunity. At this kind of condition you will have another chance every day. And remember that's not equipment is making you photographer. That's you, only you. Limited equipment is making you more creative. So, go, take the shots and share them with others.
