And you feel as though all joy has been lost…

Take the time to step away for awhile.

Close your eyes.

Breathe deep.

Let go.

Let the Great Spirit lead you to that lost place, deep inside yourself

Where you can begin to hear again

The soft music of a gentle rain,

Falling upon the abandoned gardens of your soul

Nourishing the seeds of hope that have lain dormant for so long

So they may once again flourish in vibrant, living color

And find there within, the strength to carry on another day
