Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken @ Rotary Park in Huntington,West Virginia

Time

For me early morning is the best time to shoot,this was taken around 7-7:30 am

Lighting

I'm a lover of diffused natural light, on this particular morning the fog was thick (my favorite kind of fog) so combining the two increases your chances for a good shot.

Equipment

I used my Nikon D5200 for this shot as well as my Nikon 18-55mm lens No flash..it's best not to when photographing fog.

Inspiration

The curve in the road,the colors,the stone bridge as well as the tree branch that hovers over.

Editing

I prefer for my photos to be as natural as possible so very little post processing is done.

In my camera bag

Nikon D5200 Nikon 18-55mm lens Nikon 70-300mm lens Tripod Filters Extra battery

Feedback

If you are shooting early morning light/fog my advice is to always have the flash of and use a low ISO
