Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken on a rainy dark overcast day. I pulled up on the side of the road to look at a job. A small group of flowers caught my eye.

Time

It was mid morning. I remember that there is always a good side to everything. The daisy looked like it was loving the rain.

Lighting

The lighting was natural. Over cast day; no blaring sun to blow out the picture.

Equipment

I used my trusty canon 7d with a sigma 150 -500 lens. Hand held resting up against the car for stability.

Inspiration

Honestly I just loved the way the flowers appeared to be loving the rain. I just wanted to see if I could do this scene justice.

Editing

This is just the way it came out.

In my camera bag

I carry 7d or 7d mark 11 every where. lens range from 24-70 2.8 up now 150-600. I always spare battery and spare cards.

Feedback

The best advice is always carry a camera, and give every shot a go. Just enjoy the experience, and don't be afraid to ask questions.
