Location
This was my first time to the Dallas Arboretum. I saw this beautiful Iris and it was just so perfect.Time
This was around lunch time and we were on our way out when I spotted these beautiful beds full of flowers.Lighting
The sun was pretty bright but we were lucky enough to have some clouds pass by as I was taking this shot.Equipment
I was using my Sony Alpha a58 and my 75-300mm f/4.5-5.6 lensInspiration
This was the most beautiful Iris in the whole flower bed and it really stood out.Editing
Not really, just cleaned up the exposure and made minor adjustments. This is almost exactly how it looked right out of the camera. In my camera bag
I have now switched to a Canon 70D and my favorite lens is my Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Macro Telephoto. I also carry my 50mm f/1.8 and a 35mm f2 lenses.Feedback
