This picture was taken over looking the m42 motorway

Early evening around 6.30pm

Lighting

You do need a tripod to do this style of photography

Equipment

Shot with a canon 600d with a 24-105 mm lens no flash but on a tripod exposure was 25 seconds.

Inspiration

Night life can look amazing and light trails is something I wanted to try again my first attempt was in the city but it can attract to much attention.

Editing

No processing this is how I captured the shot

In my camera bag

Canon 600d and a canon 7d mk 11 50mm lens and a canon 24-105mm lens

Feedback

Be patient and wrap up if your out in the winter evening night a flask is worth taking as this can be a slow process capturing light trails . Also rush hour traffic works well .
