Behind The Lens
Location
This photo was taken during a concert of 'Barao Vermelho' in Sao Paulo. When I was in line to get in, the first security guard asked me whether my camera was a interchangeable lens one. I told him the truth, it was, then he told me I couldn't get inside with it but was free to keep going in line. When I got to the second guard, he asked me the same question, this time I lied, shame on me. But I don't regret.Time
It was around 6 PM, but it doesn't really matter because I was inside a building. Unfortunately, I don't remember the song he was playing at that time.Lighting
I was at a concert, so I wasn't in charge of the light.Equipment
My good old camera, a Canon 1000D (a.k.a. Rebel XS) with a 18-135mm lens nothing more.Inspiration
I was just enjoying the moment when I saw that beautiful blue light over him. I held firmly the camera and I tried to compose a image as better as a I could, I even liked the microphone stand.Editing
Just a small crop.In my camera bag
I've lost the camera I used to take this picture together with my 18-135mm lens, now I have only a Canon 1200D (a.k.a. T5) with the kit lens and a 50mm lens.Feedback
I always tell my friends, if they are using similar equipment and condition, to limit the shutter at 1/80 and adjust everything else as necessary.
