Take a tri-pod! I was caught without mine & had to rest my camera on the concrete bridge. My settings were: ISO 6400, Exposure 1/13 sec. @ f4.5 -.33ev., & FL 22mm, using the 2 sec. timer. The spot lights were challenging so many adjustments were tried.
