I took this Image at a Wild life refuge in Montreal Quebec called the Ecomuseum Zoo. All animals are from Quebec and have been orphaned, rehabilitated or born under professional human care and would never be able to survive on their own in the wild. I waited over an hour before I could snap this image, as I saw this guy go inside the tree stump on the other side, but took its sweet time to come out.Time
It was afternoon I took this image but The raccoon pit was shaded my many treesLighting
It was shady, so perfect lightingEquipment
I used my canon 7d and my 70-300mm L canon lensInspiration
As I was watching these playful critters, I noticed one guy go in the hollow tree stump and I had a flash in my mind of the perfect photo and I waited until poof the raccoon came out and snapped it on point.Editing
