Location

This is a shot of the rails from the Cuyahoga Valley National scenic railroad.

Time

Late afternoon. Very nice sunny afternoon.

Lighting

The sun was definitely in my favor.

Equipment

Olympus e-500 50mm and the ground no tri-pod

Inspiration

I am always looking to do something different. I try to think outside the box so if that means laying on the ground and getting dirty. Then I am doing laundry when I get home.

Editing

To give this one a pop I used an HDR filter and a little blur. A little contrast and saturation tweek.

In my camera bag

Depends on what I am going out to shoot. I hike so I try to travel light, I do not like cludder.

Feedback

Think outside the box. When you feel it and see something with an artistic flare shoot it. Keep away from the point and shoot. Add some flare.
